Consider the understructure and the shell of the soft sided hot tubs
There should be no bubbles, cracks or any flaw on the shell of the hot tub. It should be resistant to UV rays and any kind of abrupt changes in temperature. The four person tubs should be more thoroughly checked for proper support as well as insulation.
Cabinetry
If the portable hot tubs have a wood type cabinet made for it self then it can be considered quite well. At the same time the cabinet should involve less effort for its maintenance. Synthetic materials involve less care and maintenance than wooden stuffs.
Heaters
The heaters that are employed in hot tubs can range between 1.5 KW to 11.5 KW in terms of power delivery. Those heaters that can be considered best wrap the water pipes to keep the water from getting heated directly. But they also consume a lot of energy.
