One can go in for horizontal paneling, which make the office look bigger. They can be further decorated with inspirational quotes or jokes, so that they give the employee a happy feeling and inspire them to work better. Further, a pivotal role is played by the design of the wall itself. One can choose some good design (curves etc.) and therefore add beauty to the structure itself. Nowadays, interior designers often team up with builders suggesting ideas of office walls so that the office workplace looks beautiful and gives a feeling of exuberance.
