Shower Screens

Shower screens are an important part of the bathroom decor. They need to be functional, efficient and beautiful as well. Shower screens should also be strong if they are not made of tile. Hardened glass screens will ensure that there is no cracking. In the past, some shower screens have exploded from stress and ended up looking like a shattered car windscreen.

Frameless shower screens are both elegant and sophisticated, giving your bathroom a look of timeless beauty. They are much easier to clean as there are no joins that can attract moisture and mould. Frameless shower screens are available with sliding, hinged or pivoting doors to suit every taste and application.

Everyone who has had the difficult task of dusting under and on top of wardrobes will choose to have built-in wardrobes if they can. Not only are built-in wardrobes much easier to clean, but they give more room and the inserts allow you to design the interior hanging and shelf space to suit each member of the family.

Traditionally, wardrobes came in pairs; one with all hanging space and the other with a set of drawers included. This basic arrangement worked well enough – too bad if it didn't. Some older wardrobes had the drawer underneath which made for more hanging space that was actually rather too short for some outfits to hang freely.

Nowadays, with the inclusion of clothes made from non-iron materials and the more casual lifestyle, not so much hanging space is needed.

However, people tend to have more clothes these days than was possible for previous generations and so more drawer space is certainly handy. With built in wardrobes you can choose to have plenty of shelving and just a little bit of hanging space. You can also have hanging space or shelving to keep your shoes tidy. And not one bit of dust can gather along the top of the unit.
