Vibrating feeder uses in stone crushing production line and sand stone line

Vibrating feeder throws out materials through the vibration of feeder plant. The vibrating feeder is of compact structure, uniform feeding and loose role on the material in the tank. In the crushing and screening equipment, the vibratory feeder is mainly used to feed to the rough crushing machine or screening machine. The weight of vibrating feeder is a little light.

In the stone crushing production line, we usually use vibrating feeder to feed stone crusher equipment. Therefore, the feeder plant is installed before the crusher. Remember to pay attention to the capacity you want. According to your desired capacity, choose different model of vibrating feeder. What you have to pay attention to is the capacity of vibrating feeder must be not less than the crusher equipment. It's better to be similar.

In the Sand-Stone production line ,it can send materials to crusher evenly and continuously and at the same time, it can screen materials roughly. It can be used in these areas such as metallurgical, coal mining industry, mining-selecting, building, chemical and grinding industry, etc.

During the working of vibrating feeder, it will produce a linear huge power which forces the feeder machine to vibrate. Through the vibration, the materials will slip and sling, moving forward to the crushing equipment. when the materials pass the feeding part, stone crushing equipment will start crush the materials to the required fineness.
