Lexus LS 600h – Pebble Beach Edition
Lexus is the luxury car division of Toyota motors. They have been producing some of the world's most exclusive luxury cars since 1989. The Lexus LS 600h is one of the latest edition luxury sedans and is a hybrid-powered car. To commemorate their partnership with Pebble Beach Company, Lexus unveiled the Lexus LS 600h Pebble Beach edition at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance on August 15, 2008. Fifty Lexus LS 600h Pebble Beach Edition cars will be produced in 2009. Owners will have the opportunity to customise their cars with three distinct packages: Callaway Golf Experience, Travel Package and Epicurean Encounter.
The Lexus LS 600h Pebble Beach Edition cars will have a unique exterior and interior colour combination. The exterior colour will be a unique Truffle Mica complemented by an Alabaster and Leather two-tone interior trim. There will also be Dark Grey bird's eye wood trim.
Additionally the cars will have unique five spoke wheels, black floor mats and blue illuminated scuff plates. The Lexus LS 600h Pebble beach Edition cars will be fitted with Advanced Pre-Collision System. This system warns the driver if it senses that the car is going to collide or if the driver is not concentrating on the road.
The car also has Advanced parking Guidance System that helps the driver to park the car. In addition, the cars will have rear seat entertainment systems, power rear door side sunshades, and side airbags. The Lexus LS 600h is the fourth Lexus model to receive a Pebble Beach Edition package.
Guests at Pebble Beach resorts will be able to test drive the Lexus LS 600h or experience a ride in Lexus cars. The Callaway Golf Experience allows owners to select from four different exclusive golf packages. The travel package offers three different exclusive luggage sets to select from and the Epicurean package offers exclusive cutlery sets, which allow owners to improve their culinary skills.
Lexus is known for their exclusive luxury cars and the Lexus LS 600h is their hybrid edition. An electric motor and a petrol engine power the car. The electric motor drives the car when the speed is below thirty miles an hour. Once the speed exceeds thirty, the petrol engine kicks in. Lexus LS 600h is a powerful vehicle and has an exclusive transmission system that switches and balances the power provided by the two power plants. Individual seats have climate control settings, and the rear seat passengers' ride cocooned in luxury. There is no external noise interference, and all the car occupants can have a normal conversation, as they are transported in this exclusive luxury sedan.
Pebble Beach operates exclusive holiday resorts and golf clubs. Some of the world's top golf tournaments are held at their golf clubs. Since 2003, Lexus and Pebble Beach have been in partnership and Lexus has been launching exclusive Pebble Beach edition cars since the start of their partnership. Fifty lucky persons will become the proud owners of the Lexus LS 600h Pebble Beach edition cars.
